- A sales demo
- A generic platform walkthrough
- A replacement for implementation
- A pitch for a specific software vendor

## What happens during the session

The** **Discovery & System Design Session runs for up to 90 minutes and includes:

- Temporary access to a free trial of the relevant booking platform
- Live configuration of:
  
    - - Products or ticket types
          - Locations or venues
          - Availability and session rules
          - Pricing structures (where relevant)
- Walk-through of real booking scenarios
- Discussion of constraints, workarounds or risks
- Clear recommendations on next steps

You’ll leave the session with a much clearer understanding of:

- Whether the system can support your operation
- How your products would be structured
- What implementation would realistically involve

## Pricing

**Discovery & System Design Session:** **$795 (incl. GST) for 1 platform build and demonstration.**

- Payment is required upfront
- The session requires access to a free trial of the booking platform which you sign up for
- If you proceed to a paid implementation package within 30 days, the $495 is credited toward your implementation

This ensures you’re not paying twice for the same work as part of the set up will be done as part of the demonstration process.
