Our Discovery & System Design Session is a paid, hands-on working session designed to help you understand how your business would actually operate inside a booking system before you move into implementation.

This is not a generic software demo.

It’s a practical, business-led session focused on designing the right setup for your operation.

What this session is (and what it isn’t)

Bookable Tourism offers this service for Rezdy, Fareharbor, Bokun and Rezgo.

This session is:

  • A live working session using your products, locations and real-world scenarios

  • A way to test structure, availability, pricing and workflows early

  • A chance to identify risks, limitations or complexity before committing

  • A guided session led by an independent booking systems specialist

This session is not:

  • A sales demo

  • A generic platform walkthrough

  • A replacement for implementation

  • A pitch for a specific software vendor

What happens during the session

The Discovery & System Design Session runs for up to 90 minutes and includes:

  • Temporary access to a free trial of the relevant booking platform

  • Live configuration of:

      • Products or ticket types

      • Locations or venues

      • Availability and session rules

      • Pricing structures (where relevant)

  • Walk-through of real booking scenarios

  • Discussion of constraints, workarounds or risks

  • Clear recommendations on next steps

You’ll leave the session with a much clearer understanding of:

  • Whether the system can support your operation

  • How your products would be structured

  • What implementation would realistically involve

Pricing

Discovery & System Design Session: $795 (incl. GST) per platform demonstration.

  • Payment is required upfront

  • The session requires access to a free trial of the booking platform which you sign up for

  • If you proceed to a paid implementation package within 60 days, the $495 is credited in full toward your implementation

If you wish to see 2 x systems set up for your business, the cost is $495 per demo. This fee is to cover the work taken to set up each platform tailored to your business.

After the system is chosen, $795 is credited toward your implementation should you wish to use our Implementation Services.

This ensures you’re not paying twice for the same work as part of the set up will be done as part of the demonstration process.
